Through gentle yoga, soothing meditation, breathing practices, journaling, and an immersive sound bath experience, you will start to reawaken feelings of vitality and energy.
Together with workshops on vision setting and transformation, you will be able get clear on your heart's desires in order to begin turning your possibilities into probabilities for the New Year and beyond.

Soothe your symptoms and find stillness at this New Year retreat
Whether it's on the mat or in our guided meditations and journaling, at out New Year retreat, you will learn how to soothe your symptoms via a range of holistic practices that can all be repeated at home.
We will practice gentle styles of yoga that allow you to experience the beauty of soft flow and soothing restorative sequences. A variety of meditations will leave you feeling calm and grounded, and these will open your mind to the power of journaling in menopause.Â
If some of these practices are new to you, this is an ideal opportunity to become acquainted. Each menopause yoga class is suitable for all levels including complete beginners, plus adaptations and modifications will be offered.Â

Morning:
9.30am – Opening Circle & Intentions
10.00am – Gentle yoga session followed by calming breathwork & journaling

11.15am – Workshop: Vision & Goal Setting with activities
Noon - Manifestation Meditation with a sound bath
12.30pm – Two-course vegetarian buffet lunch, all freshly prepared (Vegan options are available at the time of booking)

Our New Year retreat for menopause will be held at the Hadley Park House Hotel, an award-winning four-star luxury hotel set in 2 acres of landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Telford, Shropshire.
Our studio for the day is a spacious and comfortable self-contained suite with plenty of natural day light, and with ample space to practice yoga, enjoy lunch, and relax between classes.
NB In an effort to create a cosy and intimate space, limited spots are available to maintain the personal touch.

Meet the host of your New Year retreatÂ
Julie Ann Garrido first started her yoga journey when she was 53 after suffering from chronic peri/menopause symptoms. After discovering just how much yoga played a part in her wellness, she became a qualified yoga teacher specialising in menopause, and she now helps countless women navigate this time of change through her yoga programmes, private coaching, and wellness retreats. One thing’s for sure, once you've attended this New year retreat, your life will change for the better, and your journey to wellness will truly begin.
