  • What is the cancellation policy for the annual plan? You can cancel your annual plan at any time. However, please note that there are no refunds for the annual plan 

  • Can I switch to a monthly plan after the first 12 months? Yes, this can be arranged at the time of renewal

  • What happens if I forget my password? If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page (details to be sent upon enrolment)
